PRIVACY NOTICE FOR JOB APPLICANTS
FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In compliance with the rights recognized by European Regulation no. 679/2016 (also known as “GDPR”), we provide you with the following information on the processing carried out with your personal data.

2) Purpose of the processing and Legal basis
The processing is solely aimed at evaluating your profile for a possible employment within our organization.
The legal basis is therefore the performance of pre-contractual negotiations initiated by the data subject.
In the context of selections aimed at mandatory hiring, which may be activated in the future, the legal basis is also compliance with specific legal obligations regarding health and safety at work.
In the event of subsequent employment, you will be provided with the appropriate employee information notice.
3) Provision of data and consequences of refusal
The data are collected directly from the data subject.
If collected from third parties, the source of the data will be communicated to the data subject.
Providing the data is optional, but refusal to provide the requested data makes it impossible to proceed with the selection.
4) Nature of the data processed
The personal data processed by the controller will be only common data (first and last name, date and place of birth, residence, tax code, educational and professional curriculum).
Only in the context of selections for mandatory hiring, the Controller will also collect at this stage special data, proving membership in the so-called protected categories, in compliance with the strict regulations in force.
5) Methods of data processing
The data will be processed in electronic and paper format, in compliance with the company’s security measures, adopted pursuant to art. 32 of the GDPR.
6) Communication of data and further special processing
The data will not be communicated, disseminated, transferred outside the EU, or used for profiling.
In the event of passing the selection and before the finalization of the employment contract, your data may be communicated to the company Competent Physician for the preparation of the certificate of suitability for the role.
7) Data retention and updating
Personal data will be retained only for the duration of the individual selection.
At the end, the data will be deleted.
8) Rights of the data subject
The Regulation recognizes the following rights for the data subject.
You have the right of access: you can obtain from the data controller confirmation of whether your personal data exist, knowledge of the origin of such data, as well as the characteristics of the processing; you can also obtain the deletion, updating, correction, or integration of the data.
In the cases provided by the Regulation, you can also restrict or object to processing and obtain the portability of data processed automatically.
Requests must be sent by registered letter to the company’s registered office or certified email.
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it), based in Rome, in the manner provided by the Regulation if they believe that their rights have been violated.
